Rage Release Workshop
What do we do with our anger in a society that will not make place for it? The short answer is we internalise it, we throw it at others, we suppress it. Anger has a bad rep, but are we making an enemy of something that wants to be our friend? What if anger was just the messenger trying to tell us something important. What if anger was our protector trying to keep us safe? I believe both of these things are true and this is the reason I have created this workshop.
In this workshop we will acknowledge, and welcome our anger as a friend, feel and express it in a safe and healthy way, using the body and somatic movement. We will find out what our anger is trying to tell us, and learn how to hold ourself though all the emotions that have come to the surface, using meditation, and find a sense of peace and balance. I will offer energy healing to help you integrate and ground in what you have learnt, experienced and felt.
This workshop is for all who resonate, parents especially, no experience necessary, come as you are.
